Alkaline water  as it retains alkaline compounds like, sodium, and potassium, salts, magnesium among others. The higher the content of alkaline compounds, the higher the water’s pH level becomes. A group of certified Water experts and nutrition experts did a research for 3 months on 20 people. Group A and B each consisting 10 -10 people. In the beginning all 20 people underwent through, certain blood tests. Group members were only on ionized alkaline water and group B people were on purified water/ packaged drinking water for all three months.
